SP COTE-79 (S)
SP COTE — 79 (S) is faint yellow colour Kerosene and oil based lubricant for pressure die casting of Aluminum and Zinc based Alloys. Its precisely selected liquid base having high thermal stability which makes it an excellent releaseagent.
SP COTE —79 (S) is applied on the surface of the die. The thin lubricating layer acts as a barrier between dieland casting which avoids the soldering of the casting to the die and thus gives easy release of the casting from the die cavity. Also gives super surface finish. This product is specially useful for light weight & thin thickness aluminum PDC Castings. It gives bright finish to the casting.
